Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Printgloo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website only — not the ASTER-C machine, which does not send us data.
Printgloo Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Jigani Industrial Area, Second Phase, Bangalore, Karnataka, India, is the controller of that data. You can reach us at sales@printgloo.com or +91 7259 36 6707.
What we collect
Information you send us
When you use the enquiry form we collect the name and email address you enter, your selected reason for contacting us, and anything you write in the message field. We collect this because it is the only way to answer you, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to people who ask us about our products.
We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for our commercial records. If you ask us to delete an enquiry we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and delivery infrastructure processes technical data needed to serve pages to you, including your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is necessary to operate the site securely and cannot be switched off, because without it the site cannot reach you at all.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use three categories of cookie. Only the first is set without asking. The other two are set only if you consent, and you can change or withdraw that consent at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer.
Strictly necessary
These make the site work: they remember your cookie choice so we do not ask again on every page, and they support security and load balancing. They cannot be refused, because refusing them would break the site. They do not identify you personally and are not used for advertising.
Analytics, including approximate location
With your consent we use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used: which pages are read, how visitors move between them, which devices and browsers are used, and roughly where in the world visitors are.
That location is approximate and derived from your IP address — typically country, region or city level. It is not GPS, we do not track your precise position, and we do not attempt to identify you as an individual from it. We use it to understand which markets are interested in ASTER-C, which affects where we offer support and shipping. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics; Google acts as our processor and may transfer data outside your country.
Marketing
With your consent we use marketing cookies to measure whether our advertising and campaigns actually bring people here, and to avoid showing you the same message repeatedly. These may be set by advertising platforms acting as third parties and may be used to build a profile of your interests across sites.
If you refuse this category, nothing about your visit is shared with an advertising platform. You will still see the site in full; we will simply not know which campaign brought you.
How to control cookies
Use the Cookie preferences link in the footer to accept all, refuse all, or choose category by category.
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and takes effect immediately.
Your browser settings can also block or delete cookies, though blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract: our website host and infrastructure providers, our analytics provider, and any advertising platform whose cookies you have consented to. Where those providers operate outside India, that transfer is covered by the safeguards their agreements require.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to do the following. We will respond within the period the applicable law allows.
Confirm whether we hold data about you, and get a copy of it.
Correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
Delete data we no longer have a reason to keep.
Withdraw consent for analytics or marketing cookies at any time.
Object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interest.
Complain to a supervisory authority in your country.
To exercise any of these, email sales@printgloo.com. We may need to verify who you are before we act.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses, laboratories, educators and workshops. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page and, where the change is significant, ask for your consent again.
